Lack of sufficient Food and nutrition being one of the major causes of diseases among children under age of five, World Hope Foundation has taken various steps to ensure eradication of this problem. Foods every right child is recognized and various projects have been carved and implemented to meet their basic rights of supply of quality food.
“Milk for Every Child Right” movement is launched with towards providing social upliftment from the perspective of basic health. World Hope Foundation continues to believe that with sufficient nutrition, it is possible to save many lives and also eradicate the possibilities of healthcare ordeals. They stand by their goal of serving every needy infant with right and basic quantity of nutrition. This would be the first stem to make a difference in the society.

It is a known fact that lack of sufficient nutrition has grown to become the leading cause of diseases among children under the age of five, all over the world. Within our country alone, we face with dire situations that demand an increase in awareness towards facilitating the supply of high quality and nutritious food to under privileged children.

In the Indian chapter of the World Hope Foundation, we have made it our personal endeavor to make sure that each and every child in India is able to enjoy his or her right to high nutritious food consumption. In our “Milk for Every Child Right” movement, we along with our donors and volunteers are working towards providing social upliftment from the perspective of health.

In addition to focusing on nutrition for every child, we also take pride in our Mahila Dairy Yojna, that not only looks at offering employment opportunities to women in the dairy industry but also provide healthy nutritious dairy based dietary options to pregnant women, ailing women, post natal women and women from underprivileged backgrounds.

We strongly believe that with sufficient access to nutritious foods, we can save as many as 2,20,000 lives per year and also eradicate the prevalence of healthcare ordeals that have affected our nation over the years.

It is our goal as the World Hope Foundation to help every infant and child to meet his or her right to good nutrition as per the convention of the Rights of the Child. Join hands with us in our initiative and make a difference today!

As National Family Health Survey (NFHS-3) reveals that 22% of babies are born with low birth weight and 47 out of every 1,000 live births do not complete their first year of life. The girl child faces greater discrimination.

Census 2010-11 revealed that the child sex ratio is at its lowest ever with only 914 girls for every 1,000 boys.
